HOW IT WORKS

Saturday April 16th: Launch Day

We will meet at lululemon in Bellevue Square from 8am-9am to get the party started.  We will talk about wellness, how the “leap” works and with the help of Robin Dowdy, we will go through a goal setting exercise to make your goals achievable, measurable and audacious!

Each participate will work with a buddy.  So either bring a buddy or find one on the day of the launch.

We will cover the point system for reaching your goals as well as ways you can get additional points each week.  Be prepared for fun!

Agenda: Coming Soon! Join us at Wellness Leap on Facebook!! (www.facebook.com/WellnessLeap)

Jen Longtin is a Wellness Trainer and Executive Coach.  After joining a fitness challenge in 2009, Jen set a personal “hairy and audacious” goal to meet 500 people in 6 weeks.  “What I had to do to reach my goal was way outside my own box.  It was invigorating, challenging and with the support of group, it was exactly what I needed to do!”  Since then, Jen has incorporated her 15 years experience in Marketing with her degree in Exercise Science, and life coaching to create wellness events in Seattle that inspire, empower, and are fun.  The results have been nothing less than exceptional.

Jen Trulson is a Certified Martha Beck Life Coach, gratitude girl and quote junkie. She has 3 crazy fun kids, shares her life with the man DT and cherishes her gal pals, her life line! Jen is a lover of life and passionate about people who are ready to own their happiness and take responsibility for their life. She has coached numerous clients, co-hosts two talk radio shows and is currently threatening to write her first book. She believes in the art of acceptance which means she doesn’t judge. Compassion is Jen’s middle name. Life is an adventure – experience it!

What moms have said about past Leaps:

“I used to just physically feel better and get a ‘high’ out of working out and eating right, and just plain feel good and so looked at is at these things as ‘luxury’ additions to my life.  (silly as that is) But in these past few weeks I’ve realized (through my wavering dedication at times) that it has become a ‘need’…the days I don’t work out I am more stressed, and just plain don’t feel well.  My diet is also a whole new world.  My body just doesn’t function well on certain foods and I’ve learned to not only honor that, but to demand it for my body, my mind and health.  This one is a slower, harder thing for me to change but it’s happening and it’s good!” – Mom, Seattle

For the first time in a very long time I was encouraged to think about what MY goals, values, and visions were. – Mom, Seattle

“I’ve met a great friend through this!  It was great having veggie chopping get-togethers with them and a double bonus for me since was of my goals was to eat more vegetables.” Mom, Seattle

Thank you so much!!  You ladies were absolutely amazing. – Mom, Seattle
