Style Statement
Natural. Expressive.
Finding tools to share with my clients on loving life and being themselves gets me
JACKED! Many have expressed… I donʼt know who I am anymore? They (and I
myself at one time) devoted years to making sure everyone else was happy ʻthinkingʼ
that would create their happiness. Ha, ha and HA! Want the truth? You canʼt handle
the truth!
I mean… you CAN handle the truth (and thatʼs what I love about you)! The
truth is… Your happiness depends on YOU. Others canʼt make you happy. You
canʼt make others happy. Period. PLUS, sit down for this one… itʼs not your job to
make others happy! Go ahead… let it out… sigh of relief. Yep, you are off the hook
(as far as others go). However, you are on the hook when it comes to you. So now
what?
It starts with a decision. Knowing and being you is essential to creating a life you
love. Today Iʼm passing on a great find that gets you in touch with your essential and
true you. The book Style Statement which I shared with my subscribers in April was a
phenomenal experience. Before I share more about Style Statement, let me first
share my results~
NATURAL EXPRESSIVE

Me. Lover. Mom. Life Coach.
Lover of Life.
Natural
SPIRIT: Natural is genuine, free from artificiality, affection, and
inhibitions. Natural is known for being spontaneous and easygoing.
Natural hates to be fenced in and riles against conformity and unreasonable
rules, though they are rooted in moral certainty and a strong sense of
justice. Very much at ease with their essential selves. Natural is often very
instinctive, sensuous, or highly sexual. They aren’t strangers to hedonism
or pleasure seeking. They love to get down to the basics and can be graceful
and direct communicators. Down to earth, literally and figuratively,
Natural is a deep reverence and respect for nature and ecological systems,
which delights and replenishes them, and an appreciation for supernatural
forces.
LOOK & FEEL: All things generated by nature: wood, minerals, gems.
Natural coloring, textiles, and produce. Rustic, primitive, flowing, native or
common to it’s surroundings.

I LOVE: myself, my man, my crazy kids, believing, being barefoot, the sun
on my body, quotes, music, silence, girlfriends, laughter, play, rest,
memories, tall one pump vanilla soy lattes, cheese, caprese salad, oysters,
sushi, making a difference, connecting, sex, books, knowing that anything is
possible, curiosity and wonder, life. I love this moment.
I SHRINK WHEN MY INNER CRITIC TELLS ME: i don’t know
enough and I’m not an expert; who am i to…
MY DEFINITION OF SEXY: quiet confidence with a killer smile and
eyes that speak to me, or you.
I NOURISH MYSELF BY: meditating, silence, music and dancing.

their thinking. Inspire and empower others to create a life they love.
I DEFINE OF BEAUTY AS: love and gratitude.
MY EVIL TWIN IS: a brutal bitch.
THE PARTS OF MY RACE/CULTURE/ETHNICITY I FEEL MOST
CONNECTED TO: we are all one.
I TREASURE MOST ABOUT EARTH: it’s simple beauty~ the sky,
trees, grass, mountains, flowers, ground. Admiring it several times
throughout the day feeds my soul.
I AM VERY INTERESTED, FASCINATED AND INTRIGUED BY:
humans because we are trippy.
NATURAL MEANS TO ME:
easy-going, down to earth, real, genuine, what you see is what
you get.

The Style Statement book and site says:
Your Style Statement defines your authentic self. It is a compass for
creating a life that reflects what’s true to you in every way.”
Part workbook, part inspirational narrative, STYLE STATEMENT
presents a series of inquiries that lead readers to the personal words that
guide the spirit, look and feel of their life.
The first word represents your foundation, your 80%, who you are. The
second word, your 20%, is your creative edge – how you do what you do.
As a focal point of the true you, your Style Statement is a constant
reminder of what lights your fire and how you can bring more of that into
your life. Confusion costs energy, time, and money. Authenticity creates
consistency, ease, and momentum. With your Style Statement as a
grounding rod, you’ll have far fewer “What was I thinking?” moments.
Communicating who you are in all you do is very powerful stuff. When
you intentionally design your life, you walk taller and think more clearly
—and the world responds accordingly.
This book requires your time and effort and the ability to be honest with
yourself. Answer the questions for you, not anyone else or what you think
others want to hear. In the end you end with a beautiful Style Statement
that leaves you feeling clear. I believe Style Statement is well worth your
time and effort.
The priviledge of a lifetime is being who you are.
