Can I tempt you to pause? I am extending my virtual hand. Join me for A Moment of Rest. All are welcome. Collectively, we will welcome what is and soothe our nervous systems.
My own nidra naps serve me well. Where afternoon naps leave me foggy-headed, groggy, and beating myself up, nidra naps leave me feeling profoundly relaxed, restored, and kind to myself and others. Yoga Nidra requires no effort. This is simply a moment in your day to “let go of all doing.”
