A little about Human Design and what I offer…
Human Design offers you a blueprint of your unique and specific energy. There are several sites where you can find a free chart. My favorite is here—you may need to scroll down the page, look to where you can enter your birth information. Your specific energetic blueprint is based off your date of birth, time of birth, and where you were born.

So what does this unique and specific blueprint share? It reveals…

Wow, a lot right?! It is! When first learning about Human Design it can feel quite heady and intellectual. That is normal. We tend to learn and understand something first in our mind before we consider experimenting and honoring what feels aligned.
This isn’t another tool or system to box yourself in or change who you are. It’s a tool and guide to support you in finding your flow. What I’ve heard most after a reading is… this feels true. There is a sense of awareness that there is nothing wrong with them or some deep conditioning they are ready to heal.
A few of my favorite things about Human Design are knowing my friends and family’s charts. We are getting to know ourselves more intimately and learning how to support, relate and accept each other in our similarities and differences. My husband had a reading and couldn’t believe how two strangers knew him so well based off his detailed birth information. He also realized how the things he was drawn and pulled towards throughout life was most beneficial, energizing AND restorative for him, even though he didn’t follow them. He’s my skeptic so it was exciting to hear his enthusiasm around his experience with human design. I also had a friend say, how it has helped her understand herself, her role as a parent and partner, and knowing her children’s Human Design so she can best support them. Someone else shared it was the owners manual they didn’t get.
A beautiful tool that supports you in feeling resourced
and helps you relate to yourself and others.
Like my husband, many of us (myself included) realize and understand we have been conditioned and socialized by the world around this. This is simply how life and being a human works. There is no good or bad. It’s just information. When we receive information that tells us our experience can be different, we get to continue on the same path or choose to experiment and play with a different way. This is your life, you get to choose.
Human Design reminds me…
- of our shared humanity, we are all wired differently, we aren’t meant to be the same
- we are all wounded and wise
- relating to each through the lens of human design can be helpful
- I have an internal gps that wants to take the lead, allowing my mind to rest or follow
- we are energetic beings, we have an entire body with energy running through it
The first time I saw my Human Design bodygraph my eyes glazed over and I said, no thank you. Several years later, here I am, helping others understand their Human Design because it lights me up (yes, I’m a Generator!)! - purchasing the Foundational Energy Guide for $22 mentioned above, it will deepen your understanding of your chart and likely create deeper questions to bring to your session
- if you’d like to explore your chart in depth, or you and your family/friends, I highly recommend scheduling 3 sessions every other week to begin your journey

You can find all sorts of information on Human Design simply by googling until your hearts content. That’s what I did for the first few months. Until I wanted more.
If you are asking… what exactly is Human Design and where did it come from? Well it’s a synthesizing of some of these and more… Astrology, Hindu Chakra System, Kabbalah Tree of Life, Chinese I’Ching, and Quantum Mechanics. Again, I invite you to google if you’re interested, this is a trusted site. Explaining its origins is not where my gifts are, sharing the experience of myself and others is.
