I’ve dreamt about this offering for years. A space for us to sink in, slow down and savor the season together. It’s steeped in space, reverence, and joy. ✨ If you’re on the go this summer but would like to be in a spacious circle this might be the offering you’re looking for. Selfishly I’d love to spend 7 weeks together. ✨ We begin July 17th, on the cancer new moon. We only gather twice, on the August full moons. You’ll receive two love notes from me weekly. A summer note or video full of warmth and wonder lovingly packed with goodies where I… ☀️ pull an oracle card for guidance ☀️ share the moon phase, Human Design/Gene Key transits and seasonal invitations ☀️ create a guided rest offering or two for our time together ✨ I’ve created a beautiful space in the House of Belonging for us to connect and share as time allows. My hope is that you receive the weekly love notes and pick the bits that shine or sparkle for you—supporting you in slowing down and savoring the moments of this season. ❄️ winter offers + update ❄️ I’ve been a bit quiet about what I’m offering these days. Last year I got to facilitate two book circles with my partner in kindness, @zeliegirl at the House of Belonging in @a.mighty.kindness. We also led a grief retreat in the mountains of Vermont with six beautiful humans. Jessica led Sermons on the Couch throughout the year - basically soul food and community. I led seasonal rest circles. Actually, we are both still leading those free offerings throughout 2023 in the House of Belonging. Link in bio ❄️ I just launched a free Menopause Circle for us to share our journey together. (2nd image) link in bio ❄️ This Sunday, January 29th at 10am pacific is a free Imbolc Rest Circle. link in bio ❄️ I’m excited to share my first rest journey Rest to Remember. 🧡 Why Rest? We live in a “wake-centric” world that believes and values doing more and forces us to blindly produce rather than remember that rest is not only necessary but the fertile ground in which all goodness grows. 🌱 Over time, the messages and noises grow louder, drowning out our inner voice and connection to spirit. Our hearts, heavy and weighed down, we grow anxious and overwhelmed —having little capacity for what we want most… a sacred life rooted in connection and meaning. 🌱 So come. Lay down and listen. Soften and receive. You will be held and guided as you become intimate with your internal world, nourishing your spiritual connection. Ultimately, giving birth to the life you wish to live and the world you wish to see. 🌱 Join me in resting as mindfully as we work and play. Tending the cave of our heart. ✨ saturday 🐾 love ✨ My human kids (27, 25, 22) prefer I don’t post pics of them most of the time, which I appreciate and honor. So instead, you get the pups. ✨ In order of age… Maggie (salt + pepper) turned 11 yesterday. 🥳 She’s the queen of our home. Regal and ornery. She sits on her throne (landing of our stairs) watching over both up and downstairs. Always on watch and high alert. 🐾 Pooch with the blue tag primarily lives with Sevren. When he’s here he’s my shadow. He thinks he’s a human. The biggest cuddler, he loves attention. 🐾 Grand dog Theo (brown + white) is Dave’s shadow. Also a great snuggler. Loves burrowing his head into you. He has the best side eye. Sam’s baby boy. 🐾 Grand dog Stella (white) doesn’t know her own beauty or size. Our pacer and talker. Watching her lay down hurts us but not her, it’s a hard plop on the floor. Fav possession: glow ball. 🐾 Grand dog Truxton (chocolate). A true outdoorsmen living in Montana and Colorado. He goes everywhere with his mom and dad. So cute! 🐾 The award for plays well with others goes to: Theo + Truxton The award for reliable watch dog goes to: Maggie The award for great conversationalist goes to: Stella The award for most needy (touch me at all times) goes to: Pooch The award for best dog goes to: every single one of them.I love how they each have their own personality. A few moments and things. It appears I’ve been posting about once a month. ✨ While I’ve been immersed in work I love and creation mode (yoga nidra, human design, gene keys, journaling, contemplation, women’s circles) I’ve also been committed to playing and living. ✨ Moments over the last month+… 👷🏼‍♀️ My kids bought me a retired Lego VW Camper Van for Christmas. They got Dave a Camaro (his high school ride). I bought lights for my van and just finished it. I can’t get enough of it. 🎄 The holidays were great. I still can’t seem to shake the hectic-ness that accompanies it but each year I do a little better. We had our folks here. pic: me + mom, cookies for santa + a carrot for the reindeer (even though the kids are all grown, I can’t help it and still set it out - ha) 🌅 Sunsets and falling snow. I can't ever get enough nature pics. Not pictured, our epic ice storm. 🎭 Spontaneous decision with my angel baby Sam to see Moulin Rouge. Sooooooo good! 🏒 A couple Seattle Kraken games with my love, family, and friends. Go Kraken! ☀️ And a current pic of me. A couple days ago when the sun was out. Running errands which isn’t always pretty or fun but the sun made them brighter and easier. ✨ Love having these little posts to go back and reflect on at the end of each year. Glimpses of life. And, continuing to ease into the new year as we are still in the winter season which invites us to go slow and listen.
