write

to feel, heal, create, connect

I’ve been journaling since I was eight—August, 1977. I don’t think I’ve stopped since. I’ve always loved putting words to paper: notes, letters, lists, small reflections in journals.

My very first diary. Age 8. Bought in Kalispell, Montana 1977.

I’m not a technical writer. I write to document life… the moments, rhythms, and layers. Sometimes it’s a gratitude list or a poem. Other times it’s a place to reflect, wonder, or let something go. Pen to paper, or fingers to keys, I write to feel, to remember, to heal.

Sacred Invitation…

Where might writing help you hear yourself more clearly?

You can share your reflection with me or carry it quietly into your day.

Musings (aka blog)…

You’ll also find a few reflections right here on my site — including slowing downwriting, and living.

Substack…

Most of what I offer includes some form of writing or journaling. You can find upcoming gatherings on Gather or through Substack below.
