write

to feel, heal, create, connect

I’ve been journaling since I turned 8, that was in August of 1977. I don’t think I’ve stopped since. I love the act of writing love letters, journaling, and musing on my blog.

I’m not a technical writer. I journal for all sorts of things depending on the season or cycles in my life. Sometimes it’s simply to document life – the moments, rhythms, layers. Other times it’s to give thanks, self-reflect, rhyme, attempt poetry or play with prompts. I write to express, go with-in, and get it out. I put pen to paper, or fingers to keys, to feel, wonder, play and sometimes heal.
