The purpose of this guide: give you a foundation on how you can feed your mind, body and soul daily. Intentionally live and love life. Notice the beauty and amazing-ness this world we live in offers daily. Hear and connect with the messages of your body, whispers of your soul and use your mind for good in the world!
Whenever I’m off it’s because I’m not doing my daily practice. I’m not feeding and connecting with my mind, body and soul.
At the end of the eight week experience you get to determine what feels good for you and create your own daily practice. But for the next eight weeks… it’s you and me! It’s like coaching (to help you connect) but in journal form. xo
For your mind • body • soul :: 368 pages, an eight week experience! Each day has 6 pages… one for mind, body, soul & spirit, intentions & reflections and two blank pages. Use this guide as a coloring book. Have fun, explore. You will be guided by the 14 page instruction guide.
