honor life

as a sacred invitation

Each day is a gift. It provides opportunities for beauty, grace, and growth. Moment by moment, it beckons us to be present to its invitations and provide us an opportunity to make choices. For the good of ourselves and of all humanity.

The way we show up is by taking care of ourselves. Getting enough rest. Eating foods that fuel us. Listening to and moving our bodies. Connecting with a higher power and our inner wisdom.

It’s about creating practices that nourish and ground us so we can show up in the world. To be the change. To walk each other home.

I shall pass through this world but once. Any good therefore that I can do or any kindness that I can show to any human being, let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it. For I shall not pass this way again.

Stephen Grellet

Honoring life as a sacred invitation is about engaging with the mystery and magic of our time on earth. From our personal practices, to relationships, and humanity.

At the end of the day people won’t remember what you said or did, they will remember how you made them feel.
